Inclusive Yoga Classes

We are delighted to announce our new Yoga classes.

Behind the scenes Kasey has been working hard and has now become a fully qualified yoga instructor and will be offering both chair based and standing classes. Kasey will also be offering a range of 1-2-1 and smaller group classes to suit individual needs.

We are delighted to be adding this to our ever growing list of inclusive services.

Chair Based Yoga

Chair Based Yoga is a more gentle flow and will be based around sitting in a chair, but can be adapted to standing with supports and working on the mat with supports.

6pm to 7pm

Friday Mornings
10.15 am to 11.15am

Class Price
£7 per class or £30 for 5 week block

Standing Yoga

Standing Yoga is more designed for beginners to intermediate levels, will be a Vinyasa style class with standing poses and mat work.

Our Trainers

Over the years, our team has grown to accommodate the increasing number of clients joining us. All of our team are specialist personal trainers with a background in working with, or living with, or identifying as, disabled people. Each of them has undertaken disability equality training and share a passion for improving access to fitness.
