Adapted Fitness Classes
Our adapted circuit classes use specialist equipment in our gyms to create a class that is accessible for more people.
Our adapted circuit classes use specialist equipment in our gyms to create a class that is accessible for more people. Our classes are capped at 5 participants so that we can still offer a high level of support to meet the individual needs of the people that are taking part.
Peer Support
Our classes also offer a chance for peer support. The classes are an hour long and are split between adapted circuit training and a coffee/tea and a chat amongst the group. Sometimes a biscuit or two makes an appearance, all about balance, right?
We offer classes for different age ranges from kids, teens and adults with each having slightly different peer support opportunities.
We offer a free trial for anyone who wants to come along and try the classes.
