Massage Therapy

We offer a wide range of massage therapies from sport, injury and remedial massage to hot stones and facials.

Massage therapy goes hand in hand with a lot of what we do and DR Inclusive Fitness and Wellbeing. We offer packages that include both personal training and massage therapy or people can just book in for a massage.

Sport, Injury and Remedial massage

Both Dale and David are sport, injury and remedial massage practitioners and also work with a lot of our clients in the treatment room. The treatment room has a big part to play at DR Inclusive Fitness and Wellbeing and clients can enjoy some of the benefits that sports massage has to offer, including:

  • Increased flexibility and range of movement
  • Improved pain management
  • Improved endurance
  • Reduced fatigue
  • Reduced muscular tension
  • Increased blood flow
  • Improved performance
  • Injury rehabilitation and prevention
  • Shortened recovery time

Cupping therapy

Dale also offers cupping therapy which has become really popular. Functional integrated cupping therapy uses a negative pressure to loosen and relax muscles, encourage blood flow, release toxins and relax the nervous system. Cupping therapy can be included to complement the sports massage techniques.

Now for the Nice Stuff
(as we all love a pamper)

Leading on wellbeing, we have Kasey who offers a range of massage treatments. As with all our services we look at ways to make these treatments more accessible for our clients. We have a hydraulic massage table which rises and reclines as well as a massage chair.

Kasey offers a range of massage treatments –

  • Facials
  • Full body massage (the nice one, not the deep tissue that Dale and David dish out!)
  • Hot stone massage
  • Indian head and shoulder massage
